A West End hit and winner of the 1990 Olivier Award, Return to the Forbidden Planet mixes Sci-Fi, Shakespeare and Rock ‘n’ Roll to create a mad-cap, high-energy adventure.

It is unique in the fact that the band is part of the cast and the cast are part of the band, whilst the audience are passengers on the doomed voyage.

 FROM THE PRESIDENT

Dear Patrons & Members

I am very proud to write to you as president of Fab Nobs for 2007. The new committee for 2007 has been elected and already on the move to make this year another memorable one for Fab Nobs (see below for your new committee of management).

We are well into rehearsals for Return to the Forbidden Planet with both the production team and cast working very hard. This show is going to be a beauty, directed by Shaun Kingma with Greg Smith as MD, along with a fantastic cast.

The cast are successfully getting their tongues around Shakespeare's Tempest whilst rocking it to such songs as Good Vibrations, Wipe out, Young Girl and many other classics we know you'll love.

Fab Nobs were very successful this year at the Lyrebird awards, taking out 14 awards – congratulations to all!!

Book your tickets now as this one will sell out, and look out for the offer of all tickets at $22.00 for the first two performances of Return to the Forbidden Planet!

I look forward to seeing you in April/May

Cheers
Leane Gooding
