Adam Kennon is Geoff Hayward, the new star recruit with a huge reputation lured to The Club with big money in an attempt to haul the team up the ladder. Hayward resents that The Club sees him as a commodity to be bought and sold.
This is Adam's first show with Fab Nobs. He has also appeared in productions including Full Monty, Jesus Christ Superstar, Jake Lives and Hair.
Laurie Holden is the respected and earnest coach of The Club played by Andrew Roberts. Laurie's champion playing career was ended by injury just short of the record number of games played for The Club. His credo is honesty and discipline, but the team has struggled to find success under his coaching and he knows that he is under pressure to avoid the sack.
Andrew makes his Fab Nobs debut with The Club, albeit at slightly above his ideal playing weight. He credits the local pie shop and various liquor outlets for his current level of fitness and is confident he will deliver the goods.
Brett Whittingham plays Gerry Cooper, a new breed of football administrator who sees The Club as a business, his appointment as merely a job and eschews emotion in his decision making.
The Club is Brett's second show with Fab Nobs, having appeared in our 2003 production of The Odd Couple (female version). Brett has also performed in numerous theatre productions and has appeared in Blue Heelers, Secret Life of Us and Stingers.
There are only a handful of tickets left to our opening night performance on Friday 31st July.
To be a part of our Pie and Tinny Gala supper following our opening night performance, book your tickets now.
The Supper includes complementary hot pies along with a Tinny or other selected drink of your choice.
So hurry if you wish to join us for a Pie, a Tinny and some Footy on this Firday.

Ted Parker, The Club's president is played by Richard Thomas. Ted is just a fan with a lot of money and although his knowledge of the game's intricacies is limited, he has watched virtually every game played by The Club since he was a small boy.
The Club is Richard's debut performance with Fab Nobs. He has performed in many shows include The Producers, Les Miserables, Chicago and the Fitzroy Little Leauge at VFL Park.
Kevin Trask is Jock Riley, ex-champion player from an earlier era, the successful coaching predecessor to Laurie and now an influential committee man. Jock has a finger on the pulse of everything that happens around The Club and he regularly meddles when he thinks it necessary.
Recruited from the Coburg Thirds, The Club is Kevin's debut with Fab Nobs. Kevin has performed in shows including The Music Man, West Side Story and Summer of the Seventeenth Doll. Kevin can be heard Sunday nights on 3AW with Bruce and Phil and has a weekly column in The Melbourne Observer.
Danny Rowe is a Player and captain of The Club team played by Rohan Dodd. His career is almost finished and The Club consider trading him.
Rohan returns to Fab Nobs after his 2006 performance as Steve Kerrigan in The Castle. While having created and produced shows for the Fringe Festival and Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Rohan's career highlight was being the Paddle Pop lion for a season and half, before the unpleasantness.
If you haven't yet made it out to the New Fab Factory, our new home is about 5 minutes drive from our old home heading towards central Bayswater. The Industry Place complex, off Malvern Road, where we are located has ample off street parking, there won't be the need to leave your car on the street and walk.
