LITTLE RED RIDING HOOD is our third summer pantomime and comes hot off the heels of two extremely successful pantomime seasons of Three Little Pigs and Goldilocks & The Three Bears in 2017 and 2018, and we can’t wait to recreate all the fun again in the Bayswaterian woods.

We are over the moon to be presenting the Australasian premiere of LITTLE MISS SUNSHINE, which boasts a book by James Lapine (Into The Woods, Falsettos, Sunday In The Park With George) and a score by William Finn (The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Falsettos). These two indomitable writers are Broadway theatre royalty, and have created a show that is hilarious, quirky, and truly heartwarming. Based on the hit 2006 film of the same name, Little Miss Sunshine has had two very successful productions in California and Off-Broadway, with acclaimed musical theatre stars such as Stephanie J. Block, Hunter Foster, Raul Esparza and Sherie Rene Scott having been involved in the development and original productions of the show. This show is so perfectly suited to our little Factory, with a cast size of 16 and a band of 6.

After the dazzling success of the recent professional production of Aladdin in Melbourne, how could we not choose ALADDIN JR. as our mid-year Junior production?! We are so proud of how far our Fab Nobs Junior program has come in the past three years, and watching these future stars shine onstage is an experience like no other. Aladdin Jr. has had a recent rewrite, and this new 2018 version is a combination of the classic Disney film and the Broadway production. Agrabah comes to Bayswater!
October / November 2019
One of our most requested shows is HEATHERS, and after a few years of throwing it around, we decided it’s finally time to treat the Fab Factory to croquet and teenage bloodshed. (Carrie lacked the croquet.) Our Bayswater friends over at SLAMS open their sold-out season of Heathers next week – so if you missed out on tickets, look to October 2019! Based on the cult 80’s black comedy film, HEATHERS comes from the writers of Reefer Madness and Legally Blonde The Musical (Laurence O’Keefe and Kevin Murphy), and guarantees tears of laughter with a meaningful message. Think Mean Girls but more blood and explosives. How very.
